It is a pillowcase
NOTE TO EVERYONE BUYING THIS....AS YOU CAN SEE IT SAYS PILLOW.......NOT PILLOWCASE. THEY DID SAY YOU HAVE TO READ THE SMALLL LIGHT PRINT ON THE BOTTOM ....THAT PILLOW INSERT IN NOT INCLUDED. SHOULD SAY PILLOWCASE IN THE HEADLINE IF THAT IS ALL IT IS???????
