- Holiday 2024 Return Policy: Items purchased between October 15th, 2023 and December 25th, 2023 are available for return through January 15, 2024.
- For domestic orders, we happily offer returns and exchanges both online and in-store. For international orders, we only offer returns online.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.

Roller Rabbit did reach out to me after the review I left. I returned the item over 2 weeks ago and still have not received a refund. I tried emailing them a week ago and still no response. I will say the quality of the clothes is great but the customer service is horrible.

It honestly fits like a potato sack. I’ve been trying for a week to return this but I can’t get a response to any emails and their return process will not allow me to print a return slip. 🙄🙄🙄🙄
